Yes, there is a washing machine in the outside bathroom, which is accessible to all of our guests. Each apartment also comes with a drying rack on the balcony for your convenience. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can handle your laundry for you for an extra fee. Just let us know!
Yes, there is a Studenac grocery store just 50 meters up the road from the apartment. There are two bakeries and a great local restaurant-KONOBA PJATANCA, within walking distance at Ploče Gate.
For 5-day and longer stays, we offer cleaning halfway through your stay or upon request for shorter stays for an extra fee. If you need extra cleaning or fresh towels, just let us know.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments, not even vapes or e-cigarettes such as IQOS, but you may smoke on the balcony or terrace.
Our apartments are just a short walk from Dubrovnik Old City. To get back, you have two options: the quicker way has about 95 stairs (since Dubrovnik has lots of stairs everywhere), or you can take the easier route—just follow the main road from Ploče Gate, go under the cable car, turn right, and stay on the main road until you reach our parking or house. It takes a few minutes longer, but there are no stairs at all in that case.
