House Rules – Please Read Carefully 😊

• No Smoking

  Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments or any indoor areas.

• Keys

  Please be careful with the keys. Before going out, make sure you haven’t left them inserted in the lock from the inside—it can prevent you from unlocking the door when you return.

• No Parties

  Parties or loud gatherings are not allowed. We want to make sure all guests have a peaceful and relaxing stay.

• Respect Other Guests

  Please keep noise to a minimum and be considerate of other guests staying in the house.

• Turn Off the Air Conditioning

  Before leaving the apartment, please make sure the air conditioning is turned off to save energy and avoid issues.

• Use Only Nespresso Capsules

  Please only use Nespresso coffee capsules in the Nespresso machine. We provide them for all guests, so you don’t need to buy any—just let us know if you need more. Also, before making coffee, check that there’s water in the tank and that the used pod container at the front is empty. If it’s full, the machine won’t take a new capsule.

• Close the Tent/Awning

  If your apartment has a tent or awning, please close it when you’re leaving or if it gets windy. This helps prevent any damage.

• Damage Charges

  Any damage caused to the apartment or its furniture, equipment, or belongings will be charged to the guest responsible. Please treat the space with care.
